Candied Glaze makes gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan-friendly desserts that stand proudly on their own. Our NY-style cookies are thick, chunky and soft in the middle, made from scratch with Plamil chocolate and baked to order in small batches in Mentone.

We bake for farmers markets across Melbourne, and for cafés, delis and grocers who want products everyone at the table can enjoy. Gluten-free and dairy-free done properly, with real ingredients and no shortcuts. Every batch is handcrafted by our head chef, who holds formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery and Patisserie.

Every cookie is individually bagged and labelled, in eleven flavours from Chocolate Chip and Brownie to Raspberry White Choc and Matcha Strawberry.
