Taste of the Alps began with a chef, a new baby and a push around Lake Wānaka.

After years working as a chef, I started creating preserves inspired by the incredible fruit, produce and flavours of Central Otago — bringing together great ingredients, unexpected flavours and a love of good food.

What started as a small idea has grown into a multi-award-winning range, handcrafted in Wānaka in small batches.

From Central Otago cherries and Black Doris plums to locally grown Pinot Noir grapes, every jar has a strong sense of place. Distinctive flavours, beautiful packaging and an authentic New Zealand story make Taste of the Alps a range customers notice and remember.
