We are proud our ingredients use no artificial nonsense, no stabilisers, no fructose or refined sugars, no numbers, no science. We use time and passion to hand craft sauces that make food better with only the finest ingredients. In Glasseye Creek sauces you will find them made with freshly squeezed full pulp orange juice from Napier, Canterbury blackcurrants, Marlborough wine vinegars, chillies from North Canterbury, blackstrap molasses from Southland, Californian raisins, French Dijon mustard, smoked jalapenos from Mexico, capers from Spain, and smoko from around the corner tuck shop.
