Hark! Coffee is roasted with something called the fluid bed method. We suspend coffee in the hot air to bring them to roasting perfection. This technology has meant we achieve flavours drum roasters can't. The result has been a cult following, so much so we decided to turn our tech to roasting cacao and now we supply bakers, cafes and other B2B with our uniquely delicious bean-to-bar chocolate.
