Since 2010, Kings Truffles have been supplying fresh Winter Black Truffles (Tuber Melanosporum). Grown and harvested with passion and dedication in North Canterbury, which has an ideal climate and soils to ensure a truffle full of aroma and taste, and now fully BioGro Organic certified.

The Kings Truffles family love truffles and helping to showcase them throughout the New Zealand harvest season, June - August. With truffle hunts and appearances at events they love to tell their story and teach people about this unique ingredient often referred as the black diamond of the kitchen.

Kings Truffles is also well known for its truffle butter. Using only fresh, REAL truffle with no extra flavours or synthetics, this butter packs a punch and is extremely versatile and easy to use.
