Based in Rural Wairarapa, our focus is on producing the best bean-to-bar chocolate we can. To do this we independently import a variety of heirloom cacao varieties from Peru, which form the basis of our two collections. Peru is known as being the premier destination for unique and quality cacao, but it comes at a high price, and can be hard to attain.

For Purists, we have a single origin, dark chocolate only range which focuses purely on origin, and letting the beans sing for themselves. The purist collection is all out the farmers, and paying homage to the amazing people behind the inception of the chocolate.

For the Inquisitive, curious chocolate lovers, we have our range of flavoured bars featuring unqiue techniques and signature flavour combinations that our chocolate maker draws from his rich background in patisserie and chocolaterie.

Peruvian Cacao is almost always organically produced, and is ethically sound. please ask for more information on this.
