Mighty Mushrooms started in 2019 and has been growing various kinds of mushrooms. Selling fresh mushrooms and delivering anywhere in NZ.

Also making a selection of shelf stable gourmet vegan mushroom products, such as Smoked oyster mushrooms, pickled oyster mushrooms and ready to eat Thai curries and soups with mushrooms of course.

Brian and Chomphoo started Mighty mushrooms from seeing a lack of mushrooms varieties in the supermarkets and very few decent vegan products on the market. Chomphoo is from Thailand where oyster mushrooms are cheap and plentiful and provides the Thai knowledge for the mighty mushrooms' range of curries and soups.

Brian has been a chef for 27 years and is passionate about the mushrooms he grows and the products he makes with them. All products are small batch made, with no comprise to flavour.
