Port Fairy Coffee Roasters was established in March 2021 and was originally intended as a side hussle to roast and supply beans for our 3 coffee vans.
Well, things took off at a rapid pace and we’ve been innovating, expanding and growing beyond our imagination ever since we opened the doors.
Our wonderful team and community leant in hard to support us and we replied by creating signature blends that we are really proud of.
Our medium roast Lighthouse is smooth, sweet and fruity.
Our dark roast Deadman’s is rich, bold and chocolatey with a deep lingering aftertaste.
